For ceiling lamps
If the shades are directed towards the ceiling, the Sunlite LED G16 is a better choice, if the shades are directed towards the floor, both Sunlite LED MR16 and Sunlite LED G16 work well, depending on how you are using the lamp. The MR16 is more recessed than the G16, it is therefore more discreet, however, the LEDs are harsher for the eyes in case of direct contact.
